Haleema – McKenzie Friend & Paralegal (Family Law)

LLB (Hons) & LPC –

Haleema graduated with an Honours Degree in Law (LLB (Hons), then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the BPP Law school. She worked as a family paralegal and in other legal areas at solicitor firms gaining experience and furthering her knowledge.

With her in-depth experience in family law, where she has dealt with both relatively straightforward and highly complex family matters regarding divorce, child arrangements, and domestic abuse she is a strong asset for our clients who require professional assistance in their proceedings. Haleema’s speciality and interest lie within the family law sector. She approaches her clients with an efficient yet empathetic approach supporting often anxious and/or vulnerable clients from initial contact and throughout their case.

She has in her previous roles successfully assisted clients in child arrangement orders as well as non-molestation orders of a challenging nature.  She continues to independently assist clients, from completing court applications, compiling bundles to drafting witness statements and attending family court hearings.

Haleema’s objective is to provide timely, sensitive, and pragmatic advice throughout family proceedings to ensure that as good an outcome as possible can be achieved as early as possible in the circumstances.
