Bachelor of Laws degree obtained at the University of South Africa. Elana took the Practical Legal Training Course by the Law Society of South Africa and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and enrolled as a legal practitioner with the Legal Practice Council of the Western Cape, South Africa. She represented the state in prosecution services by instituting and conducting legal proceedings as well as defending members of the public.
Elana has a passion for family law involving children and domestic abuse matters having worked in the private law sector with her dedication to helping others who enter court proceedings. She has volunteered at Non-Profit Organisations.
Elana’s attention to detail and diligence enables her to assist her clients with their legal matters, drafting court applications, including statements and providing valuable guidance and support to ensure the best possible outcome for every client in the circumstances.
