Julie, you have been so prompt and so professional filling in the C100 and position statement, and also not saving any effort on the calls we had to clear my questions, everything you did was as if it is your very own case, this was beyond my expectations, and happy my case landed in very safe hands.
Haleema, the support you provided in the preparation call before the hearing, and that during the hearing was invaluable, you drew my attention to what to focus on and made me feel confident in such an intense atmosphere, not only that but also calling me straight after the hearing even though we won the case, but you wanted to make sure you provide more guidance on what I should expect next.
I have gone with a law firm in the previous Child Arrangement case, but they were not a “Friend” whatsoever, now I get what you mean by a McKenzie “Friend” because it did really feel like having a friend beside me during the whole course of the matter.
