Unusually I would say for a Mckenzie Friend, he is very proactive and straight speaking; he doesn’t just do paperwork, he told me exactly what to expect and more importantly what to do. As he’s ex-military and a competitive person he hates to lose; he’s one of life’s winners. He’s well organised, efficient and does exactly what he says he’s going to do.
I’ve had Colin assist me for nearly a year now and in that time we’ve gone from starting contact with my children in a Contact Centre to now regular overnight stays; we’ve moved forward in every case we’ve fought.
You may not like everything he says, but in my experience, it’s always accurate; do what he says and you will get the right outcome. I continue to recommend him to every person who is struggling to see their kids.
