I am writing to you to give you some feedback on the service you provided in court on the 29.9.21. As you are already aware from our email exchanges and the witness statement you prepared for me this is not an easy time for me. I was most grateful to have you present most especially when we were in front of the judge. I felt very intimidated by my husband and in all honesty if you were not beside me I would have broken down in floods of tears.
Thank you for remaining calm and doing all you could do guide me through the questions the judge asked me directly. I appreciate you meeting me at the court before the hearing to revise the case notes etc. It really helped put my mind at ease. I was very nervous I had never been to any court ever in my life before, I was very very scared. Having you present helped a lot. Thank you for reassuring me during the hearing I did get some what flustered at the start.
